Literatura europea comparada

Domínguez, César, ed. Literatura europea comparada. Madrid: Arco/Libros, 2013.

This book aims at providing tools to think of a comparative European literature
which challenges an ideological-theoretical Eurocentrism and, at the same time, be Eurocentric in a methodological sense. The dialectics between European literature and European Union literature is one of its fields of research but not the only one. The reader includes fifteen contributions by leading experts who teach and research on European literatures and cultures. In contrast to a monumental and encyclopedic approach to European literature, the question this book poses is:  How is it posible to speak of European literature in a glocal setting?
